ZWL type direct connected non clogging self-priming sewage pump is a novel pump product developed based on repeated research of similar technologies at home and abroad. The direct connection sewage pump integrates self-priming and non clogging sewage discharge, adopts axial reflux external mixing, and through the unique design of the pump body and impeller flow channel, it can suction and discharge large solid particles, long fibers, sediments, waste impurities, feces treatment and all engineering sewage materials without the need for a bottom valve like a general self-priming clean water pump. It can be widely applied to industries such as municipal sewage engineering, light industry, papermaking, textile, food, chemical industry, electric power, petroleum, mining, and river pond aquaculture. Direct coupled sewage pump is currently an ideal impurity pump for pumping solid particles, fibers, slurries, and mixed suspensions in China.

ZWL direct coupled self-priming non clogging sewage pump adopts a direct coupled structure. Compared with similar domestic products, it has the characteristics of simple and compact structure, less vibration, good self-priming performance, strong sewage discharge capacity, high efficiency and energy saving, and easy use and maintenance. It ranks among the technical performance indicators of sewage pump series products, reaching the international advanced level, and has broad application market and development prospects.

The working principle of the pump: The pump body is equipped with a liquid storage chamber, which is connected to the pump working chamber through the upper reflux hole and the lower circulation hole, forming an axial reflux external hybrid system of the pump. After the pump stops working, there is already a certain volume of liquid stored in the pump chamber. When the pump is started, the stored liquid inside the pump is ejected upwards with air under the action of the impeller. The liquid flows back to the working chamber through the grid of the gas-liquid separation tube, and the gas is discharged outside the pump, creating a certain degree of vacuum inside the pump and achieving self-priming.

1. Electric motor: directly connected to the water pump to transmit power, using a branded motor. CYZ-A pump adopts a famous brand explosion-proof motor.
2. Pump shaft: coaxial with the motor. Extending the shaft of the motor ensures the concentricity of the shaft, allowing the pump to run smoothly without noise or vibration. Chrome plating is used to enhance its service life.
3. Water blocking ring: prevents water from entering the motor due to sealing leakage.
4. Mechanical seal: made of materials such as stainless steel, tungsten carbide, fluororubber, etc. Balanced high-temperature and high-pressure mechanical seal, with long operating life, no leakage, no wear on the shaft, no accumulation of water and dirt, ensuring a clean working environment.

6. Pump body: The extrusion chamber, suction chamber, and gas-liquid separation chamber are designed with excellent hydraulic models, which are both beautiful and efficient. They are equipped with mounting feet for easy installation and stable operation.
7. Impeller: Designed with advanced hydraulic models, it has the characteristics of high efficiency and good reliability.
8. Sealing ring: The joint between the water pump impeller and the pump body plays a sealing role.
9. Bottom cover plate: When there is scale accumulation in the pump body, the bottom cover plate can be opened to remove the dirt.
10. Drain plug: When the pump is not in use for a long time, the drain plug can be opened to drain the stored liquid.
11. Chassis: Connect the entire pump for easy installation, and also install vibration isolators.

13. Water valve: When the liquid storage in the pump chamber is insufficient, the valve can be opened to add water.
14. Upper valve plate: can prevent water from flowing back in the pipeline when the pump stops working
